Shipping
Orders are processed every 3 business days. Olympia will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required for payment verification. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show updates. Olympia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. If you wish to expedite your shipping method or have questions regarding your order please contact Olympia at info@olympiaetal.com
Domestic
All domestic US orders are $10 flat rate shipping.
Orders ship via USPS '2 to 5 day shipping' to the Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska.
International
FLAT RATE, $45*
Your order will be shipped via DHL, FedEx, or USPS (depending on location). *We will contact you if higher shipping rates are required.
IMPORTANT
By placing an international order, the customer agrees to pay all duties and taxes. Customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date. Olympia is not responsible for additional costs or delivery delays due to customs clearance.
Exchange / Returns
Olympia Etal accepts returns and exchanges on unworn and unused merchandise with all original labels attached and in original condition within 14 days. All sale items and international orders are FINAL SALE.
To Request an Exchange / Return
Email info@olympiaetal.com with your request. Mail your items in once you are provided with an approval number. The item(s) for return/exchange must be received within 14 days of receipt of goods. If we receive it beyond this window, in unsellable condition, and/or without a valid return/exchange number, the package will be returned to sender at their expense.
Shipping & Return Terms
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Exchanges and returns are subject to a restocking fee. We strongly recommend that you obtain delivery confirmation or some other appropriate method of tracking your exchange shipment. Olympia is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
Refunds
Once your refund is received in acceptable condition, Olympia will issue a refund to the method of purchase.
